Gamma ray penetrate matter. Radioactive materials.cesium. cesium133,potassium39 are. Not radioactive. Not all the cesiums are radioactive.

What is Bq? 1Bq:radioactive material once breaks at 1sec,average. So, same Bq shows almost same amount of radiation.But not with weight.

With 10Sv exposure, many people dies, with too many DNA rupture. Unable to repair DNA in that situation.
