Jadi ada selebtwit komplain ke maskapai. Trus ama maskapainya ditanggapin, tapi si seleb malah komen soal grammar (bukan fokus ke masalahnya). Trus disindir netijen, si selebtwit ngerasa didzolimi krn dia kecewa komplainnya ga ditanggapi. LAH! YANG GA FOKUS DULUAN SOKAP?

so apparently now there’s no staff at the arrival gate 5 that usually stands by for wheelchair passenger, my mom had to walk tertatih-tatih. as a loyal customer, i’m disappointed @IndonesiaGaruda @pahalamansury
