@hirokiharoki's explanation / opinion here

After the quake, tsunami, and the nuclear accident in Japan, some Japanese people 'evacuated.' Some Fukushima people evacuated to other Fukushima areas and also outside Fukushima.
Also, some 'outside Fukushima people' who live in east and north side of Japan evacuated to west side of Japan, Hokkaido, and outside Japan.
In this topic, discussion is mainly about evacuees from around Tokyo, who evacuated to Kyusyu area(west side of Japan).

With in these 3years, after the huge quake in Japan, there are so many info about nuclear accidents and radiation related health info etc. spread, includind 'rumors.' To me, some are apparently misguided false rumors. Since evaucuees have more 'distrust' to government info, they tend to believe exaggerated info.(In my opinion) Some still tweet or blog about Fukushima's food is danger with high radiation.(even food are radiation checked) Huge radiation related health problem is occurring. Radiation leak started again! That's why, monitoring post data rising today(not by Bi214 with rain), it's so dangerous! Sea and the fish are polluted with radiation. People should evacuate from around Tokyo and Tohoku. At least children should go to west side of Japan. ...Some evacuees do not say these things. But some other evacuees seems always saying such things. Fukushima farmers and Fukushima living local people are angry about those tweets.

And now the 'survey' appeared on the net. (*it soon deleted after critisized, but we can still see the pdf from cash data) It was a interviews and surveys from evacuees from around Tokyo surveyed by the students of Fukuoka University of Education.
We wonder why some evacuees say something like that, and what will happen in the future. Here are some opinions.

Some says 'Evacuees from Kanto(near around Tokyo, not Fukushima or Tohoku) especially have mental problem.' ... RT http://t.co/A18vy3SLu7

@hirokiharoki if that means #1:having huge entanglement in her/his mind, or #2:involved in separate, special, stressful situations, that's
